Terms of Service
English
These Terms govern your use of Lymo. By creating an account or using Lymo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep control of your login methods and devices, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. Lymo assigns a globally unique classical-style handle when an account is created. The handle is part of the account's identity and cannot be changed. You may link supported login methods to one account; you may not sell, transfer, or impersonate another person's account.
2. The service
Lymo lets friends share listening activity, discover music, exchange messages and song references, react, and create playlists. Some features require an Apple device, Apple Music access, internet connectivity, or permission to use contacts or media-library data. Third-party services and content remain governed by their own terms, availability, subscriptions, geographic restrictions, and licenses.
Music AI summaries and continuous server-side listening sync each require a separate, explicit choice described in our Privacy Policy. Agree and enable starts the selected feature automatically; declining or later withdrawing remains possible. Accepting these Terms does not grant either permission. AI summaries describe recorded listening and may be inaccurate; they are not statements about a person's feelings, health or private circumstances.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Lymo and to make it available to the people you choose. You must have the right to share your content. Deleting your account ends this license except where information must be retained by law or in isolated backups for a limited period.
4. Community rules
You may not use Lymo to break the law or another person's rights; harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive others; distribute unlawful, hateful, threatening, pornographic, sexually exploitative, or malicious content; spam or scrape users; bypass access controls or rate limits; interfere with the service; introduce malware; reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits it; or use another person's credentials without permission.
5. Safety and moderation
You control whom you accept as a friend and should use care when interacting with others. We may investigate reports, restrict access, remove content, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Report a user from their profile, chat, search or friend-request menu, or report a message, activity or comment from its actions. You can block someone immediately without waiting for a report decision. Blocking ends the friendship and shared collaboration, stops further contact, and hides their social content from you; existing chat history remains readable for reporting. Unblocking does not restore friendship.
With your separate permission, submitted text and images are checked using Alibaba Cloud/Qwen before publication. Rejected content is not published; temporary check failures let you retry. Authorized reviewers can inspect reported evidence, remove content, and restrict or restore social participation. Report counts alone do not trigger automatic penalties. You can view your report status and manage blocks and automated-check permission in Settings → Privacy & Safety. To raise a concern or appeal a restriction, email hi@vividverse.fun. We do not promise to monitor every interaction.
6. Changes, availability, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Lymo and may update these Terms. We will provide notice when required, and continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. You can stop using Lymo at any time and can delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, legal requirement, security risk, or harm to users or the service.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lymo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that every music item will remain available, or that third-party services will function in every region. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service.
8. Disputes and contact
These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the service provider and by mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at hi@vividverse.fun so we can try to resolve the issue. These Terms do not limit your right to contact a court, regulator, or consumer authority with jurisdiction.

1. 您的账号
您应提供准确的信息，妥善控制登录方式和设备；如果认为账号被盗用，应及时告知我们。账号创建时，Lymo 会分配一个全局唯一的古典乐风格账号名。该账号名属于账号固定身份，不能修改。您可以将支持的多种登录方式关联到同一个账号，但不得出售、转让账号，或冒用他人账号。
2. 服务内容
Lymo 提供好友收听动态分享、音乐发现、消息和歌曲信息发送、互动以及歌单创建等功能。部分功能需要 Apple 设备、Apple Music 权限、网络连接或通讯录/媒体资料库权限。第三方服务和内容仍受其自身条款、可用性、订阅、地区限制和许可约束。
音乐 AI 摘要和服务端持续收听同步分别需要您明确选择，具体见《隐私政策》。选择“同意并开启”后，对应功能自动运行；您也可以拒绝或在以后撤回。接受本条款不代表同意这两项处理。AI 摘要描述已记录的收听，可能不准确，不代表对个人情绪、健康或私生活的判断。
3. 您的内容与授权
您保留对所提交内容依法享有的权利。您授予我们一项有限、非独占、全球范围的许可，仅为运营、保护和改进 Lymo，以及向您选择的人展示内容之目的，对内容进行托管、处理、复制和展示。您必须有权分享这些内容。删除账号后，本许可终止；法律要求保留的信息或在有限期间存在于隔离备份中的信息除外。
4. 社区规范
您不得利用 Lymo 违法或侵害他人权利；骚扰、威胁、利用或欺骗他人；传播违法、仇恨、威胁、色情、性剥削或恶意内容；发送垃圾信息或批量抓取用户；绕过访问控制或限流；干扰服务或植入恶意软件；在法律不允许的范围内逆向工程受保护部分；或未经许可使用他人凭据。
5. 安全与治理
您可以决定接受哪些人为好友，与他人互动时应保持谨慎。为保护用户、遵守法律或执行本条款，我们可能调查举报、限制访问、移除内容或暂停账号。您可以从用户主页、聊天、搜索或好友申请菜单举报用户，也可以从消息、动态或评论的操作菜单举报具体内容。无需等待举报结果即可拉黑。拉黑会解除好友关系及共享协作，阻止继续联系，并在您的社交页面隐藏对方内容；已有聊天记录仍可查看，以便举报。解除拉黑不会自动恢复好友关系。
经您单独同意后，提交的文字和图片会在发布前通过阿里云／通义千问进行安全检查。违规内容不会发布，检查暂时失败时可以重试。获授权的审核人员可以查看被举报证据、移除内容，以及限制或恢复社交功能。举报数量本身不会自动导致处罚。您可以在“设置 → 隐私与安全”查看举报状态、管理拉黑名单及自动检查授权。如需提出安全问题或申诉，请发送邮件至 hi@vividverse.fun。我们不承诺监控每一次互动。
6. 变更、可用性与终止
我们可能变更、暂停或停止 Lymo 的部分功能，也可能更新本条款。法律要求时我们会通知您；更新生效后继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。您可以随时停止使用，并在应用内删除账号。发生严重或重复违约、法律要求、安全风险，或对用户/服务造成损害时，我们可能暂停或终止访问。
7. 免责声明与责任
在法律允许的范围内，Lymo 按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。我们不保证服务始终不中断、所有音乐持续可用，或第三方服务在所有地区正常运行。本条款不排除法律规定不得排除的权利或救济。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对因使用服务产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失承担责任。
8. 争议与联系
本条款适用服务提供者相关法律，以及您所在地强制适用的消费者保护规定。启动正式程序前，请发送邮件至 hi@vividverse.fun，以便我们先尝试解决。本条款不限制您向有管辖权的法院、监管机构或消费者保护机构寻求帮助的权利。
