AI Music Analysis and Your Data

This page explains the AI music-analysis use described in the Privacy Policy. It does not expand that policy's purposes or give a service provider permission to use other account data.
1. Availability and permission
The private AI listening report is available in supported Lymo versions when its report card appears in Insights. It runs only after you request it and explicitly agree to the AI disclosure. Listening-moment headlines continue to use fixed rules.
2. What is sent?
The report uses this month’s listening up to a fixed cutoff: distinct-song and artist totals, estimated duration, known genre and album groups, and a bounded sample of public song titles and artists. Requests exclude account identity, exact listening timestamps, playback identifiers, contacts, messages, credentials and audio. An opaque request reference supports troubleshooting. The report is private and may contain inaccuracies.
3. Provider and processing region
Lymo uses Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Qwen3.8-Flash) through its Singapore endpoint. This model has an international deployment scope (outside mainland China); the endpoint does not promise that all inference takes place only in Singapore. Provider model information.
4. Training and advertising
Lymo does not authorize advertising or model training with your listening data. Alibaba Cloud’s published service description states that customer data is not used for model training.
5. Retention and deletion
Lymo saves the report so reopening it does not call the model again. Withdrawing AI permission clears its content and prevents subsequent transfers; minimal weekly quota records remain until account deletion. A request already sent cannot be recalled.
We do not claim zero provider retention. Under the provider’s standard retention policy, prompts and responses are retained for up to 30 days, with legal and security exceptions. Flagged safety content may be retained for up to two years; billing and operational metadata follow separate rules.
6. Your choices
Open the report’s About sheet to withdraw AI permission. Library access, listening sync and moderation permission do not grant AI permission. To restrict processing, request correction or exercise privacy rights, contact hi@vividverse.fun; account verification may be required. Delete your account in Settings → Login methods → Delete account to remove account-linked reports. Closing the app or stopping listening sync does not withdraw AI permission. 支持的 Lymo 版本在“听歌洞察”显示报告卡片时，可使用私密 AI 听歌报告。只有您主动请求并明确同意 AI 说明后才会生成；收听时刻的一行标题仍使用固定规则。
2. 会发送哪些信息？
报告使用本月截至固定时间的不同歌曲及艺人数量、估算收听时长、已知流派与专辑分组，以及有限的公开歌名和艺人样本。请求不包含账号身份、精确收听时刻、播放标识、通讯录、私信、凭据或音频。另附不透明请求标识用于排障。报告仅自己可见，可能存在不准确内容。
3. 服务商与处理地区
Lymo 通过新加坡端点使用阿里云百炼 Model Studio 的 Qwen3.8-Flash。该模型采用国际部署范围（中国内地以外）；使用新加坡端点不代表所有推断都仅在新加坡完成。参见服务商模型说明。
4. 训练与广告
Lymo 不授权将您的听歌数据用于广告或模型训练。阿里云的公开服务说明声明客户数据不用于模型训练。
5. 保存与删除
Lymo 保存报告，重复查看不会再次调用模型。撤回 AI 授权会清除报告内容并阻止后续外发；最少量的每周限额记录保留至删除账号。已发出的请求无法撤回。
我们不承诺服务商零保留。按其标准保存政策，输入和输出最多保存 30 天，法律或安全情形可能例外；被安全检测标记的内容可能保留最长两年，计费及运行元数据遵循单独规则。
6. 您的选择
可在报告的“关于”面板撤回 AI 授权。音乐资料库、收听同步和内容检查许可均不等于 AI 授权。限制处理、更正或其他隐私请求可发至 hi@vividverse.fun，处理前可能需要核实账号。通过“设置 → 登录方式 → 删除账号”可移除关联报告。关闭 App 或停止同步不会撤回 AI 授权。法律、安全及隔离备份例外见《隐私政策》。
